1. Surface Pretreatment
Degreasing Use a degreasing agent to remove oil and impurities from the surface of the rack to ensure the effectiveness of subsequent processing.
Shot blasting derusting Use a shot blasting machine to shot blast the rack blank, removing surface scale and rust, while increasing surface roughness and improving coating adhesion.
Cleaning and drying After shot blasting, clean the surface of the rack with clean water and dry it to ensure that the surface is clean and free of water.
2. Surface Treatment
Phosphating Phosphating the surface of the rack to form a dense phosphate film, enhancing the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
Passivation For stainless steel racks, passivation can be used to form a protective film, further improving corrosion resistance.
3. Painting Process
Primer spraying Spray anti-rust primer on the cleaned rack surface. The primer effectively isolates air and water, preventing rack oxidation.
Topcoat spraying After the primer dries, spray the topcoat to improve the appearance and corrosion resistance of the rack.
Stoving varnish Using a stoving varnish process, the sprayed rack is placed in a drying oven and baked at a high temperature of 150℃-180℃ to set the paint, making the paint surface more firm.
